Worked as in-house attorney at telecommunications company Cable & Wireless Panama, S.A., from 2004 to 2008, both in the legal area as well as in the regulation area, and was in charge of overseeing contracts with suppliers of goods and services, contracts with corporate clients, providing advice to the operation and sales units, and acting as liaison with the Public Services Authority. Her previous experience, in conjunction with her college education, includes working at the renowned law firm of Alemán, Cordero, Galindo & Lee, where she was responsible for preparing and processing loan and financing contracts in general.
At present, she is a Partner at Sucre, Briceño & Co., offering her services in the areas of Corporate Law and tax structuring.
