Professional Experience
Maria Luisa Fabrega exercises private practice since 2001. From the year 2002 until 2007 she worked as “in house” of the Panamanian airline Copa Airlines, in where she was responsible for reviewing and drafting national and international agreements, obtaining the permissions for the opening of new destinies, registering fares, new routes and itineraries before the Civil Aviation Authorities, obtaining permissions before National and International Authorities for the operation of new aircrafts, obtaining and renovating the Operation Permits of the Company at National and International level, participating in Bilateral Agreements celebrated between the Republic of Panama and another countries and collaborating with external law firms in the incorporation of Copa Holdings, S.A. before the New York Stock Exchange and the Panama Stock Exchange. Since the year 2007, Maria Luisa was incorporated into Sucre, Briceño & Co., as Associate Attorney, rendering her services in the areas of Corporate, Aviation, Real State, Banking and Insurance Law.
