Professional Experience
Jhoanna Massiel Fong exercises private practice since 2006, and was admitted to the Panamanian Bar on 2008. She worked as advisor in the Legal Department of financial company La Hipotecaria, S.A. from 2006 to 2010, where she was in charge of providing advice in banking related issues; drafting and endorsement of public deeds concerning mortgage and antichresis contracts, buy and sell of movable goods, donations, statements of improvements, among others. Mrs. Fong has vast experience with the registration of real state before the Public Registry of the Republic of Panama, as well as has participated on many occasions on the development of Trusts and Credit Assignments.
