Professional Experience
Jhoanna Massiel Fong has been in private practice since 2006; she received her Law degree in 2008. She worked for the finance company Banco La Hipotecaria, S.A. from 2006 until 2010, as Advisor in the Legal Department, where she was responsible for providing services in the banking area, preparing and legalizing Public Documents concerning financing contracts with mortgage and antichretic warranty, sale agreements, donations and declarations of improvements to real estate assets, internal auditing and compliance on legal banking matters, among other activities. She has ample experience on the subject of registration of real estate asset transfers at the Public Registry Office, and on several occasions, she has also taken part in the preparation of Trusts and Credit Transfers, as well as providing legal advise regarding the structuring of banking and finance operations.
In 2010, she started to work at Sucre, Briceño & Co., offering her services in the area of Public Documents Processing, pertaining to Banking and Real Estate Law.
